Lantian Precision Machinery Manufacturing (Dalian) Co., Ltd has been specialized in investment casting and machining for 30 years. We can produce stainless steel castings, carbon steel castings, alloy steel castings and high-precision components. Our production process can keep the good quality of the parts we produce at a lower cost.
4 Branch Factories
Presently the foundry group has 4 branch factories and covers an area of 19,000 square meters, with a total assets of over 40 million RMB. We have one sodium silicate processing (water glass processing) foundry, one silicon sol processing foundry, one machining shop and one mold processing plant, also one sales office, with over 400 total employees including 40 engineers and managers.
Complete and Strict Quality Control
Our testing equipment for the investment casting parts is quite complete. We have spectrometers imported from Italy and Germany. In the aspect of physical performance testing, tensile test, impact test, hardness detection and metallographic analysis can be carried out. The fluorescent magnetic particle detector can also be used for magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and coloring inspection. The various precision castings are produced by our company strictly according to the relevant national standards and industry standards and have obtained the production license issued by the Germanischer Lloyd.

Our company passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification in January 2003. From raw materials to the factory inspection, and production process control to the finished product inspection, all are in strict accordance with the system of regulations. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Quality is our enterprise life. We train all our workers to pay attention to the casting components we produce. Also, during production and after production, we will do experiments on all parts we finished to 100% ensure our quality meets the demands of our clients. We have complete testing equipment to carry out both chemical and physical tests on the parts castings, and we have a daily report system during our general production. We will also issue a material test report before we finish the production.
Quality Control Procedures
Before production, all raw materials will be inspected. At each step of production, there is QC personnel to check all-time piece by piece. After finishing the products, we have to do all tests on all test equipment and issue the MTR to clients. Every morning we have our QC meeting to check if any issues can be avoided to ensure our products entering into the next step are qualified.
